Builders look to new markets
In order to sell developments in North Cyprus, builders are looking to the Turkish, Kuwaiti and Iranian markets.
The Cyprus Turkish Contractors' Union wants to revive the industry after the blow in the Orams case and the global economic crisis.
The union is now looking at other, less obvious markets. There has been a decrease in the number of UK and EU nationals buying properties in the TRNC.
